Dr. Masaru Igarashi graduated from The Graduate School, University Utah and obtained a Ph. D in Mechanical Engineering. Subsequently, he was appointed a Visiting Assistant Professor; and later on, joined Suzuki Motor Corporation and as Director, worked in the field of joint development vehicle technology for General Motors Inc. (U.S.A). After that, he was appointed Operating Executive Director of the Board at Asanuma Giken Col, Ltd., and currently, he is a Corporate Advisor of KPIT Technologies Inc.

Abstract:
Seminar at this time, he will deliver a lecture focusing on some essential points below, based on regarding the state of Leadership and World Movement in "Monozukuri".
  • Enterprises are formed by people and "the rise and fall of their future if growing up into a great company or downsized one, will be depending upon all their manpower.
  • It is necessary for us to research and verify if we should improve "Monozukuri" as it is now, reform it, or newly create it under these Globalization, Flattening, and Global warming in the world.
