Annual meeting of LGS Leadership Development Program for Space Exploration and Research

We have held the annual meeting of this program inviting international advisory board members on March 12-13, 2015. On 12th, we performed general reports, internship reports and students' reports at the Noyori memorial lecture room in Research center for material science (RCMS). On 13th, moving the meeting place to ES building, internship reports and activity reports for Grant for original research were made by program students and had comments from International advisory board at last.
After the annual meeting, the special lecture was given by Mr. Bill Purcell with the title of "Developing a Mission Concept When Requirements are Not Well Defined". Continuously, program students held a discussion session.
Many program students and faculty advisors made their participations; and also, all the report and discussion sessions were performed in English. It became a productive meeting that could show students English skills improve much throughout this academic year.
Proposals for improvement of this program made by students at the discussion session will be kept on reviewed and examined by faculty members, and be going to adopt them to boost the program better.
